Reminds me of one scene in a Star Trek episode, wherein a perplexed Scotty informs Spock that people just vanished in front of his eyes - while they were in the transporter room!
And Spock then actually says: "You mean vanished in a manner not consistent with the function of the transporter?"

Chris' observation noted. Another person who said people are/were dying in one place and sometimes from mysterious causes. The other person is Rob who remarked it is the whole town.
While I do not have anything solid, I am now even more curious about the hospital. I always suspected it, or their Mom's death, as the starting point or some source of origin. This MAYBE also explains Suit Jerry's presence there already in the past.
Just like in Silent Hill: Time to explore an old hospital for clues!
