Aw man the body language on this page is stellar! I can hardly believe there's still so much story left after this. I thought Dylan wouldn't confess to Jerry until much later. Very interesting....
And then there's that lingering doubt that Dylan really killed his brother at all, of course. Bravo, can't wait to see where this goes.
I agree with Amarok. Jerry does not have much choice as much as he wants it. He is a ghost and stuck in this world and his ONLY companion is his stupid brother. Nobody else sees him or can interact with him and probably even as a ghost he will start to feel lonely as hell.
Unless he finds a way to find peace but... Well. Look at the situation :D
Dylan, honey, what did you expect?
Did you expect Jerry saying: "Dammit, bro! You fool! Fine! Just like the old days. Happens. And do not tell Dad, okay? ;)"
Sigh... Actually, no. Dylan, you hated him so much you killed him and wanted him out of your life. Now even his ghost gave up on you. That is what you wanted.
Rejoice, Dylan! Your wish finally came true!
(bonus points for the reference)
Mmmmmmm.... I am not so sure about that :D
I think that is what Dylan was going for at first but Jerry just started investigating his murder and asking the right questions. Forced Dylan into a corner with all that talk about reporting it and why not and I doubt there was ANYthing Dylan could do. It was a matter of time.
Dang... Dylan's technically a murderer and he had this coming for what he did... yet... I can't help pitying him :( Wishing someone would just give the boy a hug (is it messed up to feel that way??? blugh)
Though Dylan did seem to treat people rather coldly, and nobody would blame Jerry for being upset. It's just an emotional scene for everyone, man. It'll be interesting to see if they can manage to get along, again, after this.
They both need a good hug
i think dylan's mostly a decent if strange person who did something that horrifies him, he's probably not used to feeling this much at all.
If only they had spent a little more time together beforehand, huh?
Yeah, that's really something striking about his character is that he managed to pull off murder, in the first place, while being such a sympathetic character. Some more bro time would have definitely been favorable for them both

Computer is fixed! Just in time, I had 1 more page of buffer :}

Part of me wishes there was a 'squish' sound effect in the first panel.
Most of me is super happy there isn't.
Awesome page.
Moth
Fortunately I think the squish is implied ;D
thanks!
Bolderousness
If you replace the brother murder context with a drug addiction, this scene becomes morbidly funnier.
Moth
I
can't work this out
Bolderousness
Sorry if that was pretty obscure. I was focusing on the "You got what you wanted! Are you happy? Are you happy now?" line.

Hahaa we have a lot left to solve ;) DYlan's gotta try and make it right.
Thanks :D

Looks like Jerry's abandoned Dylan for good this time....
Amarok
he'll be back given despite everything, Dylan is the only person he can communicate with.
Moth
Trapped with the guy who killed you, eh?

Might've been nicer for both of them if Dylan had just kept it to himself.

Could Dylan play it safer? Maybe? Hm.
The Doodler
Rub the blood on him, Jerry!
Moth
Use it to write a profane word on his forehead
The Doodler
How many murderers get the chance, bro?!
