When you look at Malachy like this he already has that Suit Jerry expression and smirk. tbh, I am super interested how in the hell he got those ghostly powers since he seems very well aware they are useful. My guess is even he was already possessed by something but in that case I can hardly say what. Hm. So I will go with that it evolved from the already mentioned resentment. Talk about possibly actual vengeful spirit, haha.
